Mama Liu's Chilli Oil

Handmade in small batches in Sydney's South West, Mama Liu's OG chilli oil is hot, spicy, crispy, toasty and packed with umami flavours. Our chilli oil is intensely flavourful yet not off-the-charts spicy, balancing the symphony of flavours with the heat.

Each jar of our roasty toasty crispy chilli oil is hand poured, jarred and labelled by hand.

Paired perfectly with pizza, pasta, soups, taco's, dumplings, noodles or even in a good ol' marinade. Make everything and anything taste bolder.
